We prepare a wide variety of seasonal recipes in our kitchen that include vegetable, fish and meat-based dishes. Our focus is on fresh, locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. You’ll find a lot of foods you recognise and love, as well as some wonderful new discoveries. We adapt our recipes to all food preferences/requirements. We have numerous fabulous vegetarian as well as meat options. After you book, we send you a form you can use to let us know of any food preferences/allergies.
Drinks and Snacks
You can treat yourself to a wide variety of black and herbal teas, coffees, sodas, waters and other drinks and a multitude of snacks and fruits anytime you’d like.
We kick things off every day with an expanded continental-style breakfast that includes cereals, yogurts, local breads and pastries, fruits, meats, cheeses, homemade jams, local honey and specialties. We also feature special treats throughout the week, and offer a vast selection of tea, coffee and juices, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
We provide our writers with delicious boxed lunch every day, consisting of an assortment of seasonal dishes, using the freshest vegetables from or garden and the market, that may include salads, pastas, quiches, meats, sandwiches and something sweet to finish. We carefully consult your food preferences and deliver you a tasty lunch every time.
Before dinner, the corks pop and we lay out a selection of nibbles, mezes and other finger foods for you to unwind and celebrate and commiserate the day’s work.
